New Clients

Welcome!  We're so glad you stopped by. Click Here for our "What To Bring Packet" which includes helpful information for your first appoinment and a little about Brazier, Hinz & Associates.

Meeting with a financial planner for the first time may feel overwhelming!  In order to make our time together as valuable as possible, it would be helpful for you to bring the following items with you:

The last two years of your tax returns

Completed cash flow summary (enclosed)

Completed Risk Tolerance Questionnaire (enclosed)

Statements on Checking/Savings/CDs/Bonds/Mutual Funds/Stocks

Statements or information on any retirement or benefit plans

Information on real estate other than your personal residence

Most recent pay stubs

Statement of Social Security Benefits (if available)

Life/Long Term Care/Disability insurance policies (to include group plans)

Your most recent will and/or trust agreements

Prior to our interview we would like you to give some thought to the following questions:

How much income will you need at retirement and/or in case of disability?

How much income will you need if your spouse or domestic partner should die prematurely?

Do you want to conserve or deplete your assets during retirement?

Thank you for the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your financial goals and concerns.  Our initial fact finding session should take about one and one half hours. If you have any questions prior to our interview, please do not hesitate to contact us at 503.566.7266 or use the contact us link in the top right corner of the website.  We look forward to meeting you!
